We are offering amazing referral fees for 'anyone' who recommends a successful candidate to us!
What we are looking for:
- Children's Support Workers/Senior Support Workers
- Deputy/Registered Managers/Operations Managers
- Children's Responsible Individuals
Referral fees:
- £100 cash - for experienced (unqualified Children's Support Worker)
- £200 cash - for qualified Support Worker/Senior (must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young People)
- £400 cash - for Deputy/Registered Managers/Operations Managers/Responsible Individual
Terms and Conditions:
- Anyone referred to us must meet the requirements for the job role
- Must hold an up to date DBS Certificate (or be willing to apply for one)
- Referral fee will be paid once the successful candidate completes their first 12 weeks in post
- Fee is paid to the referrer via bank transfer (details will be requested following successful post)
