🧒 About the Role:
As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team providing high-quality care in a warm, nurturing, and safe environment that meets OFSTED standards.
You’ll work closely with children and young people who may have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioural difficulties, or complex needs — helping them build independence, resilience, and brighter futures.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Supporting children with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and practical tasks
Promoting positive behaviours and helping to build essential life skills
Contributing to care plans, risk assessments, and day-to-day documentation
Providing a consistent, therapeutic approach aligned with OFSTED requirements
Working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (residential care preferred)
A caring, resilient, and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable young people
Willingness to work flexibly as part of a rota
A full UK driving licence is desirable
Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 of 4 in Children and Young People) are an advantage – or willingness to work towards one
